This firm was a great stepping stone for me, however there was not enough career growth for me and I chose to move on. The firm is filled with a lot of great people and the partners continuously show their gratitude for their employees. I enjoyed my time with them.

work is great, flex schedule. co-work are great. typical day, i work my hours and leave when my job is done. hardest part is working hard than the person that is in charge of the department and not getting credit where credit is due.

This job gives great incentives and opportunity to advance to other positions. They also train you intensely about data entry of their database, how to give great customer service, and give up chances to correct mistakes is made. They are understanding when dealing with your personal life out side of work, and are empathetic/patient with new employees learning how to navigate through their database.

Worst year of my life.

Terribly managed. Partners are completely removed from day-to-day operations and leave it to HR to run the company. HR lady is a huge gossip and very unapproachable.
A lot of "clicks" at this firm. If you're pretty, you may move-up. Hard work is not recognized whatsoever.
A lot of inter-office romances. Partners included.
Horrible culture with terrible pay. Run!
