Firstly, I believe that our salary structure needs improvement. Many of us work tirelessly to ensure that our clients are satisfied, yet our compensation does not reflect our dedication and effort. As a result, it can be demotivating to see our hard work not being recognized in this way. Secondly, I have noticed that there are limited opportunities for growth within the company. While I understand that our boutique nature means that there are fewer positions available, I feel that this has resulted in a lack of motivation among some team members. It would be great to explore ways in which we could encourage more development and progression, such as training or mentorship programs. Additionally, I have noticed that there is a tendency to prioritize connections over talent when it comes to recruitment and promotion. While I understand the importance of networking and building relationships, I believe that this should not come at the expense of hiring or promoting the most talented and skilled individuals.
