-Culture is welcoming, and upper management is easy to communicate with. -Employees input is valued for on-site procedures. -Bonus structure incentivises employees to follow policy and improve company performance.

-No onboarding training for management positions. -Required training for current employees covers redundant safety topics and not day to day tasks. -Work load is always heavy and properties feel understaffed. If someone calls out sick another staff member with a full schedule has to cover even more responsibilities. -When problems occur, you are left to find a solution on your own. -Outdated software. -Health insurance is expensive.

Firstly, I believe that our salary structure needs improvement. Many of us work tirelessly to ensure that our clients are satisfied, yet our compensation does not reflect our dedication and effort. As a result, it can be demotivating to see our hard work not being recognized in this way. Secondly, I have noticed that there are limited opportunities for growth within the company. While I understand that our boutique nature means that there are fewer positions available, I feel that this has resulted in a lack of motivation among some team members. It would be great to explore ways in which we could encourage more development and progression, such as training or mentorship programs. Additionally, I have noticed that there is a tendency to prioritize connections over talent when it comes to recruitment and promotion. While I understand the importance of networking and building relationships, I believe that this should not come at the expense of hiring or promoting the most talented and skilled individuals. A more balanced approach to recruitment and promotion would be beneficial to both the company and its employees.

While I appreciate the support that has been given, there have been instances where jumping to conclusions or making assumptions has caused unnecessary stress and tension. A more open and collaborative approach would be much appreciated.

Pay more on leases. I'm working at a lower tier property now and the lease commissions average more than double this property. Also, having someone dedicated to leasing and someone dedicated to resident relations and paperwork would be ideal.
