When I first started it was a great company that cared about people and had a good environment. Once John Shou left along with Frank and others this place has really suffered. I would have a back up plan because you'll eventually get cut to outsourcing and automation.

You'll get no heads up that you are just being let go out of the blue. I was a quality assurance agent for almost 3 years and had a great attendance record. 1 day we were all pulled into a meeting that a computer was going to do QA reviews from now on and we were all let go on the spot.

You have hard working employees try showing a little appreciation towards them. Improve the work culture so that's it more engaging and we might actually enjoy coming to work instead of dreading being in a toxic environment all the time. It seems managers can come and go as they please and do whatever they want but you on the other end will be held accountable for everything. Every little mistake and you'll get a coaching and a finger of shame. Would not recommend this place or even buying any of their over priced products. Do a little research and you'll save a lot of money. This place is just out for upsells and ripping people off.

The whole company is outsourced and the quality of work has suffered for years. Managers with constantly be on you and micromanage you like crazy but give you no help and support. Everyone hear points the finger and blames the employees when things happen but none of the managers ever get held accountable for anything. Best advice DO NOT WORK HERE AND STAY FAR AWAY.
