Check LinkedIn and you’ll see the amount of people they have hired on the marketing team. They hire executives from Coke and Taco Bell who are used to $20M marketing budgets and give them $1M and they have no idea what to do. No creativity no understanding of modern day marketing tactics. Paralysis by analysis.

Very simple job duties, little to no experience required, fun event opportunities, great experience for sales and marketing.

Required to work most weekends and holidays, wasn't allowed to work over 30 hours (so no benefits), expected to respond to manager on days off, occasionally had to miss lunch breaks when working long events.
