The job started out well, loved it and did well, made Great money! Then things started going downhill when management changed to young inexperienced Managers who decided they would give all the leads to a handful of people regardless of their talent and sales ability. These managers favored young inexperienced sales people over older, seasoned, experienced ones. Hostile work environment if you are over 50. I can honestly say that there are ALOT of employees looking for other employment due to the environment, culture and favoritism. They are now hiring young inexperienced people and paying them less to do the same job.
