Solid company with great brand recognition, I started with them as a newly licensed Realtor. They have a great training program, and great marketing. Like any realtor job- the harder you work the more you make.

The tech side can be a little slow, some of the things they implement are clunky.

The different departments are always willing to help each other when in need. Employees here have been here for a long time which speaks volumes. No revolving door. Everyone is generally very friendly. The culture here is amazing and there are frequent hosted events to help you get to know each other a little better and for team building of course. It is genuinely fun to work at this office.

Challenging to evolve and utilize skills to help grow the company when there are not only budget constraints, but some managers who are afraid to make changes.
The salaries are too low to survive in this area and the health benefits aren't worth joining. Cheaper to do it independently.

All the offices are different, but at each office I was greeted warmly and with respect. A really great company to work for and grow with.
|
Some employees are paid a decent salary, but most aren't. You kind of need to be living at home or with lots of room mates and far away from the offices to afford to work there.
