Great People; The Pay Could Be Better

My overall experience working at Alain Pinel was a good one. Management is great and the culture is kind. Most people treat each other very well. I liked my job there but ended up leaving after a few months because I was offered a lot more money to work elsewhere. This is the Bay Area and I could not afford to live on what I was paid at APR.

Loved working at AP. The agents were ambitious, professional and inspiring. A lot of good humorous exchanges! As an independent contractor, it was my focus to market, advertise and promote myself in a manner that distinguished by business offers to gain recognition in a highly competitive business. I took initiative to take as many continuing ed classes I felt I needed to give me the competitive edge. I created marketing programs and home staging services to give me listing opportunities I would not otherwise have. At the time, I was the only Realtor offering home staging services for free to my home seller clients.
