<p><span style="color: #222222; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro',sans-serif;">We are looking for an energetic and motivated <strong>Office Manager</strong> with facilities management experience. This role will have the responsibility for ensure the offices runs efficiently by providing administrative assistance to the senior management team as well as general facilities support to the Dublin Office. </span></p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #222222; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro',sans-serif;">Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Source Sans Pro',sans-serif;">Organise travel arrangements for senior management.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Source Sans Pro',sans-serif;">Oversee the meeting room schedule for the Dublin office</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Source Sans Pro',sans-serif;">Manage inbound and outbound post, including couriers.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Source Sans Pro',sans-serif;">Manage the local arrangements for all staff visiting from overseas LetsGetChecked (allocating desk space, organise access to office, informing office of their visit etc.).</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Source Sans Pro',sans-serif;">Work on ad-hoc projects as directed by senior management, facilities and admin teams as and when required throughout the year.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Source Sans Pro',sans-serif;">Liaise with landlord, property managers and cleaning contractors</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Source Sans Pro',sans-serif;">Maintain the office and arrange any necessary maintenance / repairs</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Source Sans Pro',sans-serif;">Arrange supplies and maintenance of printing / photocopying equipment, stationary</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Source Sans Pro',sans-serif;">Support facilities management, office layout, and potentially sourcing new offices</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Source Sans Pro',sans-serif;">Provide support to Finance function including administration duties, as required</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Source Sans Pro',sans-serif;">Act as Health & Safety Officer for the office</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Source Sans Pro',sans-serif;">Act as contact for general facilities queries within the Dublin office.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Source Sans Pro',sans-serif;">Assist with the logistical arrangements and the production and distribution of materials for board and committee meetings.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Source Sans Pro',sans-serif;">File documents and maintain inventories, including for the safe.</span></li>

<li><span style="font-family: 'Source Sans Pro',sans-serif;">A minimum of 3+ years’ experience operating in an administrative and office management capacity. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Source Sans Pro',sans-serif;">Able to work alongside senior individuals effectively and conduct themselves with a high degree of professionalism.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Source Sans Pro',sans-serif;">Confident, outgoing and friendly with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</span></li>
