Nimble in learning and adapting to tackle different challenges. Product vision is forward looking. Great products. Support remote work and work life balance. Company vision is ambitious and the industry is challenging for several reasons. This results in difficulty to balance short-term and long-term goals at times and creating potential gaps among different departments. 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 APPROVE 0.0 4.0 4.0 5.0 4.0 4.0 4.0 4.0 976992 Open 1) More external marketing effort to boost company's overall brand awareness. 2) Triage product features more to help company focus on the most critical fronts. 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 6.0 Open Sep 1st, 2023 12:37PM Sep 1st, 2023 12:37PM Linc Global

private:letslinc https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=976992 Aug 17th, 2023 12:00AM Open Open Linc Global Customer Success Small but mighty Employees here are collectively some of the smartest people I've worked with and we're all "in it to win it". It's a small team, so people become like family and care about each other on a personal level. There's a good work/life balance too. Linc truly cares about establishing deep relationships with our customers. We're not just a vendor, but an extension of our customers' team. The product is best in class. It's exciting to be on the forefront of the best technology in this space. CEO knows what the market needs/wants, technical/product teams have solved for some of the most complex use cases and the CS team works tirelessly to ensure customers are happy. Job responsibilities have shifted in the last year, so the remaining people have absorbed areas of focus they were not originally hired to do and/or want to do. There really isn't a brand culture and it would be nice if there was some more in-person collaboration. 0.0 NEUTRAL 1.0 APPROVE 0.0 4.0 5.0 2.0 2.0 3.0 4.0 4.0 976992 Open A quarterly or semi-annual employee appreciation get-together would be nice. private:letslinc https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=976992 Jul 30th, 2023 12:00AM Open Open Linc Global Senior Product Manager Taipei An Empowering and Innovative Workplace Fueled by Exceptional Leadership I have had an exceptional experience as a Senior Product Manager at our company. One of the key highlights is the involvement of the product team not only in sprints but also in product strategy, innovation, and marketing. This comprehensive approach has provided me with valuable learning opportunities as a product manager. The working environment is truly inspiring, fostering a culture that encourages idea-sharing, brainstorming, and hands-on collaboration. Each individual's contributions are valued, and it's empowering to witness everyone coming together toward a common goal. I must highlight the outstanding leadership of our CEO, who leads by example and instills a sense of unity and purpose across the organization. The synergy between teams and individuals consistently leads to innovative solutions that benefit the company as a whole. I feel privileged to be a part of this dynamic and forward-thinking company. My point of view is a very good workplace. 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 APPROVE 0.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 976992 Open 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 1.0 Open Aug 2nd, 2023 11:01AM Aug 2nd, 2023 11:01AM Linc Global

My role at Linc has been a bright spot in many ways, both personally and professionally. The team is incredible, some of the brightest people I've ever worked with. That coupled with unmatched empathy makes for a winning combination. It doesn't hurt that the solution itself does everything it says it will for a number of very high profile retail brands. Growing pains are real but very surmountable. 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 APPROVE 0.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 4.0 5.0 5.0 4.0 976992 Open Continue to be open and forthcoming with your teams, it will foster a healthy environment and give more meaning to what we do each and every day. 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 1.0 Open Jul 19th, 2023 10:11AM Jul 19th, 2023 10:11AM Linc Global

Linc has reorganized all departments to prioritize collaboration and communication. We have come together to execute on what will bring the most value to our customers and have really hit our stride. Being a smaller team means everyone wears multiple hats, but this is also something we're leveraging to reduce silos, so maybe not a con? 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 APPROVE 0.0 4.0 4.0 5.0 4.0 4.0 5.0 5.0 976992 Open 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 4.0 Open Jul 7th, 2023 09:53AM Jul 7th, 2023 09:53AM Linc Global

private:letslinc https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=976992 Feb 10th, 2023 12:00AM Open Open Linc Global Poorly managed company with no future Product had potential There were some good people, but most were let go in the mass layoff - Leaders do not foster growth or support employees. Some of the worst micro management I've seen in my career. While I was told I was doing a good job, the reminders to stay in my swim lane and the regular critiquing of specific wording in emails, jira tickets and presentations showed a lack of trust in me. Although I am very experienced in tech, I often felt I was treated like an entry level employee. -Poor culture. Lots of silos. People at Linc don't root for each other. It's every person for themselves. Occasionally, leadership seemed to be receptive when I shared concerns, but most interactions with management were abrasive and short, which did not set the collaborative or supportive tone that I expect in a professional workplace. -Linc lacks a clear customer and growth strategy. It was difficult to grow accounts because I felt unsupported. There was no clear focus. Product Management, Analytics, and Engineering put up barriers at every turn. Meetings scheduled with the product team were declined with no explanation. Internal collaboration at Linc is nearly non-existent. In addition, the executive team does not seem aligned on a vision or growth strategy. Linc used a disproportionate amount of resources to save a very small, high demand client with no strategic growth opportunity, while large enterprise clients walked out the door. Also, the high employee turnover throughout the company did not instill confidence and speaks to Linc’s lack of a comprehensive customer and employee centered vision. Right before the Holiday, Linc laid off over 60% of its workforce, and frankly they kept many of the employees that made working there a less than pleasant experience. This company isn't going to make it. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 DISAPPROVE 0.0 1.0 3.0 1.0 1.0 3.0 1.0 2.0 976992 Open 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 0.0 Open Feb 11th, 2023 06:00AM Feb 11th, 2023 06:00AM Linc Global
