Poor payments, they will pay the minimum they can. The bonuses and incentives are a bad joke. Regarding leadership (managers, etc.), I don't know what's worst: the ones that don't know how to do their jobs, or those who micromanage. Disgusting. They proudly talk about being transparent but I guess they are just delirious. I've personally witnessed many women or otherwise marginalized people be talked over, cut off, gaslighted and demeaned on public and team calls. The merger with essentialAccessibility seemed to disproportionately benefit American white men.
