WFH, good benefits and salary is decent. Being 100% remote can be a challenge as everything is done virtually.
Can make it difficult to get to know team members, colleagues properly and not much is done in the way of virtual, social events.

Mission is great - role itself not for everyone

Great mission. They watch your activity like a hawk and question you about everything. You’re given a lot of conflicting advice, one day it’s do things a certain way and the next the opposite.
At the end of the day it’s an entry role that’s basically cold calling people all day long. Like a work from home call center.

Great Product
|
Starting out the company and culture was awesome. Everyone was older and more mature, so the experience was beneficial as a first time sales pro. The culture started to shift into a political frat boy mentality, where if you weren’t a favorite they’d find reasons to get rid of you.

Low pay. No room for advancement and blatant favoritism. Very toxic work place although they like to pretend they are collaborative. I would steer away from this company.
