Great place to work!
An awesome atmosphere full of great people. People here are friendly, caring, and fun. Great team to join, I highly recommend
Solid benefits that extend to even subtle areas, such as parking, lunch, and others
Trusting of their employees and doesn't feel too "corporate" and restrictive

A great job for me at a great place to work
In the dev team there is good comradery, especially when in the office.
There are some good projects with interesting work as a developer.
The building is a great place to work in and also Lewis as an agency is an interesting place. The worldwide nature of the business means that if you want to travel they will allow you to work in another office while you are on holiday if this suits your plans, sometimes contributing to costs.
Overall I always felt treated with respect and valued, any negatives most likely were a result of team structure rather than anyone in the team themselves (they could have more devs).
Often with projects you are given freedom regarding technical implementation. My line manager was phenomenal at problem solving and and I enjoyed that.
The processes regarding capturing scope of work are not very rigid and as such you can be under pressure as a developer.
There seems to be a lot of managers compared to technical people but then there is a side to the business offering which is non-technical.

Good clientele, lacking a real team environment
A tightly knit group of top-notch creative employees.
In my three years at Lewis, there was a huge gap between the execs and creatives. Not only pay-wise, but hours were long and usually mandatory, AEs would sit on projects and briefs, expecting complete projects in unreasonable time frames. Also, the rumor mill seemed to be viciously kept in place by mgmt in order to intimidate and coerce underlings into compliance with bizarre requests.

A let down
-Cool office space
-Young crowd
-Great creative coming out of the company
-You will be told your job will be full of something great, but in reality it won't be at all. Don't let the swanky office fool you
-Learning is not encouraged, in fact, most people are leaving because they were not allowed to advance or to voice their opinions
-Lewis was great before the merger, but new management has made all processes difficult.
