Do not apply here. They do not support the juniors and are very disorganised, as well as lack any sort of formal training programs.
The worst is that they say they will take into consideration your learning disability, but they never do, leaving you with a feeling of despair.
The senior management puts the emphasis strictly on client retention. The concern is profitability, profitability, profitability without a single thought about the employee experience.
They say they are an integrated agency...there couldn't be a more clear divide between PR and Digital!
