There was no job security and it was so hard to move around and there was no salary increase for a long time. I've heard to this day current employees aren't getting raises still.

I've worked for AIG for 15 years and most of my years were good. Enjoyed the in house training the company provided for you to preform your job. AIG is a great company to for. I feel as time went on my managers were not appreciative.
