I've been a full time, remote employee for about 3 years and I really love the job. I feel like the company really gets me (a senior developer) and the fact that I work this hard to be stay up on technology in order to write code, not manage people or projects.
I feel like I've been treated really well, and valued, since the day I arrived.

Great compensation, amazing work life balance, and the shift to valuing design as much as development has really started to pay off. 3 of our last ten clients are top 10 on the Fortune list. That's pretty impressive!

It's a minor complaint, but the ability to work remote is a double-edged sword. While it contributes to a great work life balance, it can make the office culture a little quiet. Even so, I don't think there is anyone that would change it.
