There are no pros the people are nice that’s it but there nice because they get paid to recruit you
|
First off you have no base pay I’ve been there 3 weeks haven’t seen a single dime. They expect you to run around and spend your money to make them money. They pitch all these great things but no body wants there life insurance they’ve seen it all they don’t want it. They say base pay is 400 a week plus commission haven’t seen any of it. You get pulled in and then have to pay for courses state exams and then the state license. I am honestly so disappointed about how crappy management is. I will be filing a grievance against them if I am not paid by next week. They tell you so much bull crap until your already so far in you want to just keep going because you’ve spent 300 plus hours trying to learn what you think is true and you believe what they say. It’s all BULL Crap. You know why it’s easy to get the job because no one stays let’s be honest I wish I kept my old job if you feel it’s wrong it’s wrong
