The boots on the ground staff are incredible and have a sense of loyalty to the product and our customers. Communication is a core value yet missing from day-to-day operations. They work hard and just want to be treated fairly and recognized for their hard work. Simply paying them bi-weekly is not enough. Also, your staff is incredibly talented and hold the path to success. Second, return the focus to the core products - LILA and cloud. That's what we signed up for, that's what we are good at and that's why we're here. Third, practice what you preach. Simply showing a slide show about core values doesn't mean they are adopted, especially if the leaders fail to follow their own words. Lead by example. Fourth, be kind. The company used to be a pretty thrilling place to work. And the core of what we "do" is a noble cause, although it's being pushed aside by leadership so that the company can pivot to...well no one really knows. Awful leadership, terrible headway with product, and every honest review I've seen pop up on here gets taken down and replaced with a canned one from HR talking about how great this place is and how any negative reviews have been written by disgruntled employees who weren't performing. Couldn't be further from the truth. In reality the leadership is terrible and rather than listen to genuine complaints they write them off. I worked here for years and when I started the place was amazing. Under the new CEO the company has taken a nosedive. People leave in droves, most folks at the ground level are miserable, and leadership is threatened by any genuine questions about the future of the company. I have never worked anywhere as terrible as this and was thrilled to leave. Take the recent-ish super positive reviews at face value. Matt's vision is starting to come to life with exciting new partnerships with companies such as Google Cloud. We're signing on more clients than before. The market is responding to the company strategy and solution set. The company unfortunately has had to navigate around a few disgruntled workers who were associated with the old company and old ways of doing things. Good news is that the company seems to have successfully built a team that is on the whole very positive, talented and hardworking. Employees have access to all levels of the management team and executives are focussed on having a healthy culture. Customers are happy, product is great and the employees believe the company is headed in the right direction. Would recommend lifeIMAGE to any friends or family. Awesome benefits too!
