It is a small company with a big heart for what they do. As a Recruiting Manager, you have many different responsibilities throughout the company so being adaptable is a good quality to have. Staying organized and having good time management skills is also an important, as you serve as the office manager and support your Sales Manager in their responsibilities as well. The company as a whole works as a team to reach quarterly goals and each office location works as a team to meet weekly goals. Being a team player is an essential part of the job and everyone that works with you is incredibly helpful. The job is also reflective of the work you put into it. If you work smart, you will reap the reward. If you aren't motivated, it will easily show in your performance. Getting on your feet when it comes to commission can be challenging at first. Small means, we can have fun and be open. There are no walls and barriers in LifeWorx. But being small does not mean, we are random. Because it's a smaller company, you really get to learn all aspects of the business and that insight makes the first few months a much more engaging experience. Everyone really took their time to make sure I understood everything and made me feel comfortable and welcome right away. There are clear goals and everyone is always willing to help you out. Not a con for me but could be for others: you really have to be flexible and adaptable to work in a smaller and newer company.
