There is a very extensive, hands-on training schedule that will teach you everything you need to know the first 6 weeks and then it's up to you to put in the effort. There is tons of room for growth - educationally and financially. You can also join special projects such as technology, marketing, etc to improve on any skills you're looking to build. If you have an interest in something, management is very eager to help you build on that! Day to day is generally busy, but everything you put into the position you will get out of it. It's a great environment to learn and never be bored.
