The administrative office is amazing, lots of windows, natural light, and clean! Some days will inevitably be a grind and the work load is seasonal so you can expect some months to be much busier than others. If a process isn't working efficiently you have the ability to advocate for change and each department is given the opportunity to collaborate on company projects. Weekly meetings make it easy to voice any operational issues and there is open communication with management daily. You will be encouraged to better yourself professionally and in the end you will appreciate it! I would also occasionally assist the customer service team when they were in need of help. While this was not my most favorite job to conduct there, it made me happy to be able to help out the team whenever they were in need. I would often migrate to other departments as well if I saw they were in need of help.
