Horrible management, high turnover, OK benefits

-Absolutely terrible managers who clearly don't care about you as a person or even about your career growth. They're more interested in making themselves look good. Example 1: I told my manager I needed to take bereavement leave due to a family member passing away, and he said he "didn't know the full story" (WTF do you think bereavement means?) but was "pretty sure [I] had taken the most time off of everyone in the entire company" (other than bereavement leave, I'd only taken 2.5 weeks off thus far that year). Example 2: When I made a mistake, instead of providing guidance or showing even the tiniest bit of patience, he instead berated me and asked passive-aggressive questions (e.g.: "Do you think it would be appropriate to tell a senior leader that?"), even after I told him multiple times that I would fix the error. Any competent manager would have helped their report fix the issue and focus on career growth beyond the error, not made them feel worse and worse about it.
-No 401K match
-Health insurance used to be great (Anthem) but now is pretty bad (Cigna)
-"Unlimited" vacation policy, which, as we all know, is companies' excuse to prevent their employees from taking time off
