I’ve heard the product described as industry changing which I agree with 100%. The difference it makes in an amputee’s life is night and day. At this point it’s all about reach. The product is there. We just need to reach more people. I’m enjoying the ride as the company continues to expand. When you become too lazy to do your job you need to be replaced. During this time I’ve experienced many highs and also a few lows. Even during the worst of times LIM maintained its focus on providing an amazing product to the market and an unwavering dedication to world class customer service. There are many more heights for LIM to reach in 2021 year alone. There’s freedom and general flexibility with no fear of micromanage from over controlling bosses. Most of the staff are here because they believe in the mission. There’s a few here for the paycheck but even they enjoy what they do. At the end of the day they treat their staff right and that’s all that matters to me. I’m comfortable, have good benefits and a good paycheck. Everyone in the office has a sense of purpose that really only comes with working for the benefit of others. It’s a positive atmosphere that everyone on the team considers themselves lucky to be a part of. If personal circumstances hadn’t come up, I’d still be with the company today. Nothing outside of the usual start-up issues. It takes a special kind of person to work at a start-up company. It was an incredible experience and one I will never regret. There was a real lack of clarity around priorities when I was working here. That’s a genuine question, and if you can’t think of anything then I think this wouldn’t be a good fit for you because we’re all 100% focused and passionate about doing exactly that. Because it’s still a fairly young start-up, a lot of the processes and systems in place aren’t the best. They’re still being tweaked and improved, so things are constantly changing.
