In his place, he hired 3 managers without telling anyone. They were very poorly vetted for their positions. This caused all kinds of stress and half of the original team left within 3 months. Unfortunately, it's their customers who really got the shaft. So disappointing to see a place that has awesome people and and great products, shoot itself in the foot like that.
