Additionally on the day that this post was made we received a number of reports from our clients that one of our competitors had called them. They told our customers blatant lies (like that we are not selling apps anymore) in an effort to win their business. Maybe its just a coincidence? We are a company with 28 employees all in the same office in Dallas. We promote from within. Everyone in management including the CEO has an open door policy. If any employee really felt that way then we would expect them to come and talk to us. If you have concerns or suggestions they are welcomed. Improvement always starts with a conversation and our employees are encouraged to do that. That's how we make our company better! Sales, billing, apps, websites and support should all be using the same database so the data is all in one place. Saw "Cool Company Gone Bad" review and could not believe it! This is the best company I have worked for in my professional career. Employees and management care about their customers and each other. We all have worked hard to be the industry leader. Management promotes from within, rewards quality work and encourages growth and a collaborative environment. The office is in a great location with a lot of extras on site. As you all know nothing is perfect in this world. Have time to read physical books or magazines. 1 hour lunches. Oppressive. No room to grow. Poor organizational structure. Skip lunches if too busy. Customers upset about product defects that you have no control over fixing. No appreciation for hard work or ideas to improve. Policies continually change.
