Moving to cheap workforce

It is a stable company for the last six years I have been working in it. It does not change a lot at all.

It does not appreciate the good workers. They should be compansate them more and hold righter to them. Another downside they look at India as a cheap labour, but the quality does decrease quite significant, and it is hard to see why this is not seen by the management.
