They play favorites and management is not that great at training or onboarding. Never felt like part of the team. You have to swallow your pride somedays, I always felt like I was on the outside looking in. They are a young company and still figuring out how to do their jobs. They waste alit of money on people who hardly work and aren't ever in the office. Seems like there are alit of people hardly working and a few that are working really hard.

Chaos everyday.....management is horrible!!!

Excited to work here....then I started working here and I hated everyday. Management changes every few months, ZERO on the job training (the attitude was for you to "ask questions" and "figure out" how to use the software and if you didn't it was your fault). Management definitely had favorites and if you weren't one of them you were done. I heard MANY bad stories about this company before, but I was told the "old management" was gone....my fault for taking this position. There were no enjoyable parts of this job. Everyday was chaos and stress and not one of the "higher ups" gave a d*mn if you were struggling (HR was aware there was a problem and did NOTHING about it).
Do yourself a favor and work somewhere else....so many unhappy employees!!
