And without exception, super smart, interesting people. Two or three serious blow-out office parties every year, including two at Christmas and one in summer, plus a regular-ish hum of social events and a good lunchtime culture. Remains to be seen how coronavirus will impact this, but leadership team is working hard to be flexible. Work is intense, but rewarding - lots of chances to step up and own stuff. The leadership team do listen and there have been significant steps forward in terms of culture and empowering junior staff in the last 2-3 years. Definitely some serious crunch times that’ll keep you at your desk late - our growth in the last two years has exacerbated this. Leadership team lacks diversity in London + globally. Occasionally design and strategy can be a bit too siloed. Challenging work with top of the line clients 3. Partners are relatable and care about your growth. I was a little surprised there were so many negative reviews because that hasn’t been my experience but maybe things have changed a lot since a few years ago. I’ve worked at several companies and have a good frame of reference and Lippincott is very solid. Work varies depending on what team you’re on but on the bright side you’re benefiting from the extra experience. Given the intensity, salary and benefits should probably be significantly higher at the Associate and up level. Promotions are also slow relative to other consultancies.
