Worked there over 16 years. Department reorganization caused down sizing therefore I was laid off. In the middle of Oriole Park, which was exciting. Would probably still be there if didn't get laid off.

Call everyday the night before after 6:00pm to see if you are scheduled to work and what time to report.
There are times when I have to go into work for 5:00am and unsure what time I will get off. There are times when I get off at 10:00pm.
Management is very organized. Very long hours and very strenuous. The most enjoyable part of my job is that I meet different individuals and travel outside of the state at times. Also, being a help to families to begin a new phase in their lives.
The experience of working as a team getting to know my coworkers.

Would still be there if they did not do company reorganization. Great place to work. Was there 16 years. Right in downtown Baltimore......Oriole and Raven action close by. Enjoyed work even though was a little stressful end of month with some of the deadlines.

A great fifteen years of experiance and growth.

To begin the day you would get workorders from office, get in company truck ,call customer and go. Learned to repair almost any heating,cooling, and plumbing equipment. From residential to industrial. Enjoyed working with co workers and management,although you were left on your own to either sink or swim. Drain work and some of the physical demands made some days unforgettable. Mostly enjoyed working with hvac equipment trouble shooting and repair. Customer relationships were also built and made success very rewarding.
