private:liquidus https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=230447 Apr 15th, 2020 12:00AM Open Open Liquidus Marketing Client Service Representative Chicago, IL Great Coworkers, Beware of Management I was with the company approx 2 years and the thing I enjoyed about the company was the team I worked with. They were all great people and deserved better than how the end of the company unfolded. - Lack of transparency and the CEO. Updates shared out were always painted in the best light and very little of the information was accurate. No one had any idea what was going on and if each day was the last the company would be open over the final three months the company was around. - Constant rounds of layoff and people leaving during my time with the company. -Management actions and decisions should be a TED talk on how not to run a successful business. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 DISAPPROVE 0.0 2.0 4.0 2.0 2.0 2.0 1.0 230447 Open 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 2.0 Mar 17th, 2021 07:25PM Mar 17th, 2021 07:25PM Liquidus

private:liquidus https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=230447 Oct 16th, 2019 12:00AM Open Open Liquidus Marketing Operations Specialist Chicago, IL Strong Team Spirit but Doomed Prospects The Operations team was tightly knit and quick to collaborate. Many people had been working in the department for over 5 years, but were quick to welcome and help new hires. Sales for the company dwindled as executives failed to retain clients and position the company to gain new clients. As a result retention slowly dwindled until it was all sold and most employees fired. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 NO_OPINION 1.0 4.0 4.0 4.0 3.0 3.0 2.0 230447 Open To department heads, thanks for sticking with your teams until the end. For executives, there's more to successful digital marketing than just appearing to be a dynamic company on-the-rise. Nix amenities like beer taps in the breakroom in favor of more outwardly focused efforts. 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 6.0 Mar 17th, 2021 07:25PM Mar 17th, 2021 07:25PM Liquidus
private:liquidus https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=230447 Apr 6th, 2019 12:00AM Open Open Liquidus Marketing Quality Control Assistant Chicago, IL Inability to adapt to change, nepotism, low pay and false sense of transparency. Dental and vision insurance was good. The ability for the company to adapt to a client's needs was a rough challenge since a lot of the in-house software was old and rarely updated. Clients were told a product of ours would do something they wanted then a week before launch were told it wouldn't do what was promised and that resulted in them only doing campaigns for a quarter or even only one year. Transparency was mentioned to be a big part of the company's culture but that was rarely the case. When upper management became quiet about upcoming projects or the foreseeable future of the team, people assumed another lay off was inbound. In my time at the company, there were 3 times where people were laid off. The morale in my department, and departments downstairs, was low and the lack of communication, as well as managements inability to adapt to change, made people there not want to participate in after-work activities and even avoid company functions. My pay rate was low for what I did there and the lack of opportunity to move up into a new position or cross-train was frustrating. Nepotism happened a lot in the company. Friends of those in upper-management would join the company for a short while and present these big amazing plans that would make the company stand out from their competitors. They would work on these projects and the results would be lack-luster, resulting in them leaving and nothing being said about their time there or any mention of them having even been with the company. The spouse of someone who is in upper management took on a major role in the company and caused a lot of unnecessary gossip and headaches for people in the office, resulting in people leaving. There were also instances where someone in upper management would call women in the office "sweetheart" and "honey". That didn't sit well with people. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 DISAPPROVE 1.0 1.0 2.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 230447 Open Be transparent with the health of the company and involve employees in bettering the products. Also remove the nepotism that is present in the company. 0.0 [] PART_TIME No No 4.0 Mar 17th, 2021 07:25PM Mar 17th, 2021 07:25PM Liquidus
private:liquidus https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=230447 Apr 5th, 2019 12:00AM Open Open Liquidus Marketing Engineer Chicago, IL Don't believe the false reviews. I've been working at Liquidus for a little over 2 years and my experience has been positive and with any company there will be times where communication is an issue but no one or work place will ever be perfect. The numerous bad business decisions, where money has basically been thrown out the window and could have been used to find quality talent or for bonuses to to reward their hard working employees. 1.0 POSITIVE 0.0 NEUTRAL 0.0 NO_OPINION 0.0 4.0 5.0 5.0 4.0 2.0 2.0 230447 Open Stop tarnishing the company name and wasting money and build the foundation back. 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 2.0 Mar 17th, 2021 07:25PM Mar 17th, 2021 07:25PM Liquidus
