Mostly I’m glad I don’t have to deal with this place anymore. Mostly this is narcissism heaven. I had the wonderful opportunity of starting with Little Passports from the beginning. Creating Sam and Sofia and working on many activities, illustrations, toys, souvenirs! It's been an absolutely amazing experience to see the things I've worked hard on come to life and bring joy to so many kids! Everyone I've worked with has been friendly, easygoing, praising, encouraging, professional, and caring. None! Everyone is nice and respectful to each other. We all enjoy coming into work and seeing each other every day. I'd say they are my friends more than my co-workers. The Co-Ceos (Stella and Amy) have built an amazing company. The culture focuses on building a great product while maintaining a solid work-life balance. One of our core values is family, and I sure feel like we are all part of the family. Being a small company, some of the processes for operations are not defined. The founders have created an open, trusting environment that other companies say they have, but really don't. Here, it's the real deal. The work is meaningful and I see the impact of my efforts every day. I am honest when I say there a happy, positive energy in the air all the time. It's fun to be a part of something truly unique and meaningful. And with the projected growth, there's nothing but opportunity for all. Processes need to grow as the company grows, and some processes are still a bit in the past.
