A lot of positions were available within the company. room to grow (if you bothered them enough). they valued work culture to some degree. for instance it wasn't very difficult to get days off if needed, if you weren't feeling well or for other personal reasons that don't necessarily center around physical health. since it was a startup they took a lot of ideas and opinions into consideration when it came to the job. pay was ok but not very sufficient when entering as a warehouse associate. If you keep to yourself and get whatever it is your'e working on done its a smooth ride (sometimes). All around not a terrible experience for me personally.

its a startup. so a lot of miscommunication. no real guidance through out the day unless you ask (constantly). no real training. you kind of get the gist for the job your first week and depend on your coworkers to kind of show you the finer details of something you may not fully know how to do. they gave pretty much anyone a job so of course a lot of half a** work was done. it was all around a weird environment to work in sometimes. a lot of people felt unheard/unmotivated even discouraged to try harder in hopes of getting promoted or even a raise due to management not being involved enough with the team. too many changes in personnel as well so due to so many people quitting. worst thing to happen was the company being sold to another furniture company because apparently they were running out of money (must have been all those PTO approvals, jk, kinda..) and basically let everyone go at the end of it all. It was a rollercoaster of a ride but a good learning experience for me personally. i dont know about everyone else LOL
