|
Most people have been there less than a year; which makes subject matter experts few and far between. And they definitely make you work, early and late and most weekends. But they do provide free food Tuesday morning and Friday for lunch. And usually there are leftovers at meetings. There are snacks and beverages provided for free.

So many better choices out there - avoid.

30% turnover rate or higher. People are dismissed without warning and with a very small package - certainly not enough to tide one over until they find something else. Many of the high performers have left or are leaving. New product offering is suspect. Razor thin margins so not much $ to invest in fixing things. Senior leadership is poor. Beware the recruiter - will promise the world but the reality is quite different. Simple advice is with all the fantastic companies in Austin avoid this one.
