Horrible company to work for, toxic culture

It was once a good place to work, not great but good.
|
Lack of leadership, simply a bunch of managers willing to burn who ever to get their star for the day. Benefits are garbage, no 401k. When there were problems with benefits they would pawn you off on the company they were with instead of helping drive resolution. The company is like big corporate environment in a medium size business with non of the positive benefits of big corp. Pay is under market. The culture is toxic with a forced and fake air to it.

All in all, I enjoyed my time at LiveRez. The tech was evolving in a growing and exciting vacation rental industry and for me the most unique aspect was the approach of Partnership. Our team was invested in one another and serving our customers which we referred to as Partners. It was like a big family and the tech and support was helping business owners grow and achieve their goals.
|
As with any company or family there are ups and downs and seasons. Overall for me, the good outweighed the bad. That's my honest take. It was hard to walk away from my coworkers and my relationships with so many great Partners too but the next adventure awaits! I wish them all the best.

Amazing Company to Work For

I am honored to be apart of the Live Rez team. Live Rez is represented best as a tight knit community of very determined, creative individuals who care deeply for the establishment. As I was browsing through these reviews, I felt the need to clear the air of previous FALSE statements that were made. Recently, some employees have been let go, which has clearly resulted in juvenile behavior, such as leaving poor reviews for personal gain.
The environment of the work place is nothing short of incredible. Those who work for Live Rez at the moment are a true representation of who the company is. Before the previous employees were fired, I believe that they were not representing the company as it should be.
I would also like to touch on the CEO. He is an amazing man who honors and supports his employees to no end. He has worked very hard to build strong relationships with the team, as well as those who Live Rez has had an impact on. Just being around him for a few moments, you will quickly realize how much he cares for the company and all it's employees. Truly an inspirational man who I am grateful to know and learn from.

Great product and some really great people. When I started the company had energy and a vision of where it was going.
|
I just started looking for another job because there has been a definite shift in the company. Out of know where CEO fired a bunch of people a couple weeks before Christmas. I speculate it’s because of financial trouble.. I have a friend that works a group that said LiveRez doesn’t pay their bills and when they do it’s always on credit cards. CEO is bizarre and doesn’t really seem interested in the product only office drama. Company doesn’t seem stable and without clear leadership.. I’m out.

LiveRez is a great place to learn and grow. It's a well-established company that still maintains the energy and flexibility of a startup. Hard work and dedication are valued and rewarded. The CEO cares a lot about the well-being of his employees. It's a pretty flexible place to work. Family obligations are always honored. The office culture is really fun and laid back. One of the most unique places I've ever worked.

I’ve worked for LiveRez and the CEO for over 10 years, and it has been great! The company has experienced exponential growth over the last 10 years, and continues to grow. Working with the CEO has been great, as I’ve been able to witness first hand his great passion for the company, his genuine care and concern for the people that work here, and his determination and leadership to ensure we stay cutting-edge so our customers can thrive in their businesses. He is able to make hard decisions when they need to be made in order to protect the company, the employees, and the customers.
As with any place of employment, aligning your loyalty to the company and its vision, setting aside self-interests for the betterment of the company, and making a commitment to the success and future of the company are vital.
The company provides many great benefits. Health, dental, and vision. Flexible work hours. 401(k). Company lunch on Thursdays. Fully stocked break room. Gym classes. And more.

My favorite thing about LiveRez is the people. It is so rare to find a company where your colleagues are as nice and genuine as they are hard-working, supportive, and innovative. It truly is more of a team than it is a group of co-workers.
