Good people to work with and there are some interesting clients to work with
Best used as a way to get some experience and then move on to somewhere better

There is no career path and no chance of any promotions or any kind of pay rise.
People are often over worked as there aren't enough staff
No real plan or direction from management and a real lack of motivation.
The culture is very political and cliquey

The back office is micro managed on every level by team leaders who are no more experienced. Often having to get approvals from Management due to commercials and quotes are 'peer checked' so getting anything over to a customer can take forever.
As for promotion - forget it. It's all about who you know and not what you know. Unless you are best buddies with one of the Directors then you will fade into the background and 'louder' and bigger personalities will be promoted
Meanwhile, the place is like a morgue in the Slough office - more empty desks where they have made even more cutbacks this year.
Lost some really good talent and are being 'replaced' with subcontractors for the ones made redundant or people are jumping ship (especially the sales people).
As for promotion - forget it. Louder personalities will be looked at first as it's all about who you know, not what you know - especially when it comes to being best buddies with the Directors and Team Leaders.
