Great Company to develop skills, great people

Awesome management, Matt is one of my favorite people and the best boss I’ve ever had. Easy to talk to, easy to get along with, and makes you feel like he truly has your best interests in mind.
The biggest advantage of Logic Solutions is as a software engineer, it is the perfect place to grow and develop your skills due to your ability to get your hands on a lot of different technologies, and to interact with different clients.
Additionally I never found the expectations to extreme. I worked hard but it never felt out of my hands.

No cons really. I think this is a great place to work for a young engineer getting their career started. Whether you stay or leave, your walking away with a better resume then when you came in.

Keep modernizing. Management is great but the only thing I’ve ever felt could really help the company inspire more young engineers to join them is to embrace modern ideals and looks (if that makes sense). It may be superficial but young engineers coming out of college have a mental picture of what it’s like to work in tech, and the more you mimic that mental image the better :).

The company creates wonderful software solutions for clients and the employees are (usually) good at setting client expectations and making them happy. This same approach needs to be used internally too - the leadership needs to be transparent, communicate clearly, set clear expectations, establish realistic and healthy goals, and be invested in the employees. The current "just get it done" or "billable hours is everything" attitude makes for long working hours, no work-life balance, and a feeling of lack of direction. Leadership needs to do a better job of supporting employees (training them, trusting them, celebrating wins/successes, helping out during times of difficulty instead of interrogating them with "Why did this happen?" or "Why didn't it get done X way?", etc) and be open to suggestions/criticisms if it wants to attract and retain top talent. The current reluctance to change the company's working environment will cost the company their greatest strength: their employees. Would recommend that Logic's leadership learn from other successful comanpanies' examples.

You get to improve all sorts of skills in Logic since the technology they use vary a lot.

Since its kind of outsourcing company, you need to learn all the tools clients are using, different cultures in different projects. No systematic process is going on and they are going back than forward.

It’s a sales job and the interview is not even professional don’t waste your time. They promise you that you will be able to take over the office in 9 months very dishonest.

I got there and saw 20 people training one one small room some of them were not even sitting. I hope this will be helpful for future candidates.
