Modern company values & growth potential

Login VSI has admittedly gone through some growing pains in the last couple of years that I've been there for. There have been ups and downs no doubt, but most of it there was a sense of accepting the difficult times as a team.
Within the last year and a half there has been a complete change in the company. The teams have been revitalized with new leadership and ideas.
Targets are clearly communicated. Everyone is on the same page about what needs to be done to take the company to the next level. People are generally very engaged with their work because of a sense of feeling valued and passionate about what they are doing.
Operational weaknesses are identified, and systematically addressed. If the company continues to execute everyone involved will have been part of the success.
Product is good, and latest architecture lends itself to unlimited potential. Company and software is positioned for the future.

Work / Life balance can be a bit difficult because of aggressive company growth not due to pressure from management.
Strong competitive landscape.
Company process maturity. This is just a factor of time.

Login VSI are leaders and very well known in their market. We work with all of the vendors in this space as well as a huge array of enterprises from Fortune 100 to SMB. We get to stay in the leading edge technology space and management tries to make everyone feel important. Room for lots of growth if you want to step up and be a leader.

The company spans the Netherlands and the US, so at times communication can be a bit challenging between the two but nothing waking up a little earlier won't fix. Leadership works hard to make this a non-issue.
