There’s absolutely no room for advancement because they actually hire from outside the company instead of promoting from within. My Supervisor did not give me yearly reviews she conveniently forgot, when it was time. She rarely spoke to me and treated me as though I was completely less then her. I attended the Holiday Christmas party with my spouse the Human Resources manager kissed him square on the lips. The Company laid me off in 2017 the day I returned from my mothers funeral. Thank you so much Logo Sports Wear I am now making a lot more money for a company that appreciates me. I've been given chances to grow. The company changed owners a few times since I've started, but everyone pulled together and kept the ship running smoothly. As long as you get your work done it's pretty laid back and chill. Obviously with a manufacturing co. it gets busy around the holidays, and some departments get stressed out. There are a lot of seriously smart people that work here. Ingenuity and the thirst for learning are rewarded and encouraged here. I've always felt as if I could make suggestions about my day to day tasks, my position or even a company suggestion and it would be heard. Leadership does their best to both listen and execute. Like a lot of companies, patience is required. I get a lot of useful and constructive feedback in how to approach my job from different angles and feel I am learning something new every day. I work with a lot of very bright intelligent people who I look forward to seeing on a daily basis. Nothing that I can think of, this is a great place to work.
