As much as I hated it, I learned a lot so therefore I wouldn't trade it.
|
I spent a number of years working here through our best, most profitable year, to our worst. I have never worked for such an unprofessional, unappreciative company. You will have no direction, unsafe/unfair work environment, no room for growth and you can forget a decent pay. Notorious for hiring talented, educated employees and putting them in departments where they have no experience or education. You will eat, sleep, and breath this company like you own it, so give up your personal life. You will work an entire department on your own, doing the job of several people because the company won't hire the necessary people to help get the job done, much less successfully. Poorly funded, but yet somehow finds the money for unnecessary purchases. I honestly don't give this company more than a few years of life left as they have lost many many employees in the last year.

Please PLEASE value your employees. Invest in them, and that will create a much better foundation for your business. We aren't numbers or robots, but people. Lead by example and hire the necessary people to get the job done so that your customers will be happy and recieve their orders on time vs 3 months late. Let the professionals that you hire do their job.

i love my job couldn't see myself any where else

everyone treats each other like family. the hours are great. you have every weekend off and every major holiday. the owner is such an amazing person not only does she help her employees when and if they need anything but she also helps people in our community and over seas. this job is my home away from home.

i can truly say I love my job and will continue to grow with the company....... there are no cons that i have at the moment :)

it is a great company to work for!! the people that are in the higher ups (like the beer lady) do a great job at keeping people there and they really do have compassion for the people that work there as well as the company in whole!! i have seen the higher ups(like the beer lady and the owner) do so many great things for the people that work there.i have seen supervisors also help and take up money for families and oh yeah the higher ups(like the beer lady and the owner) also gave!!! this company really does care about the people and the people who buys the clothing!!

people that get laid off or fired ...well did you work everyday and was your work up to par?? the company does care about what they send out to customers...they do there best to make sure the customers are satisfied and take pride in the people and company.....did you complain everyday about having to work?? did you constanly put the company down??.did you take pride in your work or was you there for a paycheck and nothing else??....think about YOUR actions first before putting someone else down..

It's been one of the best working enviroments I've been priveledge to work at

We have excellent benefits, good sick/vacation package.we are also involved in the community such as helping with relay for life, the homeless shelter getting all new bedding,and moms in a jam. We also help children in Africa, not to
mention the well and school built there. Most of all the family atmosphere here, a true sense that you have a work family who loves you

I can honestly say I've been working here for three years and love it and the only thing I don't like is when people put Lwd down
