There is a constant stream of innovation and outside the box thinking. The mission is fantastic. The school strives to bring the best opportunities to their students and prepare them for after graduation. The leadership bites off more than they can chew and the internal state of the organization is in a persistent state of chaos. Finger pointing and gossip are rampant creating an environment of toxicity. The organization is chronically understaffed.
