It is part of the newspaper business. Except this company is owned by a hedgefund looking to lay off more employees and seek a new buyer. I started at this company 40 years ago. I don't believe it cares as much as it used to in protecting experienced employees.

Learned mostly how to code. Management did not have too much of a presence. Workplace was conducive to working on your own or to mingle freely with other co-workers. Nothing too much was hard about the job and the most enjoyable was when they had fun events.
