The company strives to be successful, coworkers want to see you succeed, the company values are great, PTO is unbelievable, benefits are decent, hours are consistent, management keeps EVERYONE informed! Other pros, the office is designed to where everyone can hear everything, so you are held accountable for your work! Sparkling water is available 24/7, equipment like computers and monitors are supplied to you! This company provides a great opportunity to grow into leadership positions! The company does play favorites. As like other reviews you will read, you need to kiss up a bit to get noticed. However, the most important thing that helps you stand out is intuition, problem solving, and giving 110%. If you can’t do those things, don’t expect a ton of attention. This job requires HARD WORK!! Most of the negative reviews on this page are employees who were laid off due to EXTREMELY POOR work! Yes this company holds you accountable for your job! If you fail to hit goals (which are not ridiculously high) then you will get a warning. If you fail to make changes, you will be laid off! This shouldn’t even be a con! Work hard, get paid, everyone is happy! Health benefits are not ideal. It’s a community shared program so ONLY after a year of being on the plan will benefits really start kicking in! There is a lot of pressure to upsell current members. But this shouldn’t come as a surprise. Work may require you to stay a little later than the 8-5 schedule. This isn’t often and if you utilize the training they put you through, you will be able to manage your time efficiently and get off work on time. The office can be loud at times. Other reviewers talk about “bringing in their own equipment to succeed” they are simply referring to noise canceling headphones... nothing else. The biggest con of all, some employees get paid WAY more than they should! Management does play favorites, the company provides the ability to move up QUICKLY if you work hard. Getting more pay can be difficult because some employees are getting paid way more than they should and they don’t put in half the work! This can be frustrating and a lot of people talk about income! So expect some negative feelings in that category. Recognize issues and solve them. Don’t wait for someone else to do it. Constructive criticism helps. If someone is doing something bad, find a solution or work with them to find a solution. They care about everyone on the team & also care about our members (clients) a TON as well. Everyone knows everyone pretty well and the team is exactly that, a team! Training/Continued Education. 5 weeks paid vacation & FREE Healthcare. Which is AMAZING! I love the work we do, we are changing people's lives and businesses each day! Loud Rumor likes to market itself as a great place to work. However, it is just like any other place. They are not as welcoming as they seem. They play favorites and have there own little groups. Co-workers talk crap about people behind their backs. Will say bad things about management and trick you into agreeing with them and then run and tell management what you said. Some co-workers will be very snarky and rude in emails to the whole team. Management does not give you the tools to succeed. Some people had to bring in-person items to help them do their job. Training is really easy but nothing like the actual work. You go through training and think "Oh this is easy, I can do this!" but once you start to work you learn nothing is done how you were trained. Being accountable for your actions is very big at the company which is great if management was accountable. They put everything on the account managers and nothing is ever their fault. You are encouraged to ask all the questions you need but when you ask all they tell you to do is figure it out on your own. Management would constantly complain about things but never wanted to be part of the solution. The CEO is rarely there and when he is, he only talks to the favorites. Preaches about how companies need to treat their employees, like doing a 3 to 1 ratio of what they are doing good and how they can improve. However, the only thing management ever talks to you about is all the things you have done wrong.
