They dont know what they want
|
The upper management micromanage their employees and there is no room for advancement. Only good if you do sales. They need help everywhere else. If you don't conform, or have one off-day, you are unfit for their culture. You will not receive praise unless you are working nights and weekends you will burn out fast.

Working at Loud Rumor, you will love coming to work. You will learn a lot, quickly working here. Negativity isn't allowed. There is a great, positive culture. Loud Rumor is a growing company, so there are lots of opportunities to be made. You will learn a lot about communicating, problem solving, and marketing when working as an AM.
With all of that, this is not an 'easy' job. The longer you work, the easier it gets. If you're negative and find the bad in every situation, you won't last here. Work can become overwhelming. You must be able to manage your time effectively and efficiently and know when to ask for help.
If I had the choice, I wish I would’ve started working at Loud Rumor sooner!

The list is endless ! The culture is amazing!!! Being part of a team that is so focused on growing themselves along with the company is so rewarding. On top of that, the results and impact we have on our members lives is huge. It's not an easy company to work for. It is a high accountability environment, and it takes a lot of hard work, but it's so so worth it! Someone Please Audit This Company

Where to begin with this place.
Lets talk about the owner, the joke of a man and owner and leader. If you want to work for an owner who openly wants another recession, brags about tax evasion, has starved a salesperson out of a job, lies about benefits. ( it's not 5 weeks PTO, its 5 weeks PTO plus sick time, plus its prorated from when you start)
The COO is alright, besides the fact that he says he is fine losing half of the company to move it forward. very immature.
The front line managers were awful, one never did the job they are managing and the other is a horrible lying manager. Belittles you and lies to the COO about what they do to "help out"
The other "manager" has had relations with one of the persons she is managing. Yikes, very very very immature. She is a joke of a manager, but you have to respect her, even though she doesn't deserve respect.
Work life balance. Have to be there from 8-5. no expections. Can't leave early, the work never ends, member complaints never end, the management nagging you never ends.
No health insurance, they will lie about that as well. it doesn't actually cover anything. The owner uses this company because the owner of the health insurance company gave him a 10k check when he was about to lose his house years ago.
Can we talk about the no HR department, can we all agree that it's okay to have no HR department. Raise your hands ( this is the peer pressure they do)
Run from this place. I can go on and on about how awful this is.

No one seems to know what they're doing at this company. So many glaring amateur mistakes and errors. Terrible structure. Fake, cheesy personalities. They have no viewers or audience so their staff comments on their own youtube videos which rarely eclipse a few hundred views.

Amazing place to work!

Loud Rumor was a great company to work for! It was a small company with less than 10 people on the team. We knew how to have fun and stay focused at the same time which I believe is very important in a work environment. Everyone that works there is bright, talented, and very hard-working. It was great to be surrounded in that environment.
