Lowry is a family owned business with great leadership. Working for this company has been a pleasure. Each employee makes a difference and teamwork is the norm not the exception. During Covid Lowry has allowed most to work from home when they can. Safety of their employees is their number one goal. The culture here is hard to find in most companies. The can do attitude is the norm.. If you are not happy with your position with Lowry, then it must be vocalize to the manager. Management is there for each and every employee. Success depends on the individual as all the tools are given to succeed. Covid can have an affect on employees and can make working challenging. However with communication any situation can be adjusted.

Our CEO really cares about his employees like they are family. Mike has went above and beyond this year to make sure we all stayed safe and employed. He has taken extra measures to ensure we all have PPE, that our building is safe and cleaned regularly, and that we have the flexibility to work from home during these challenging times. I love working here and really believe that I have the best coworkers in the world! It's really awesome to see so many people come together as a team to make us what we are today.

Lowry Solutions is a very accommodating company. They're always conscientious of their employees individual needs and go above and beyond to support them. During this very trying time of COVID-19 Lowry Solutions ensured that all qualifying employees enrolled in the CARES Act workshare program to help stay financially afloat. Other employees received a temporary 20% pay cut as an austerity measure to ensure no permanent job cuts were required to weather the storm and after just a few months Lowry made us whole again by returning all employees to 100% of their pre-COVID salaries.
The company is a leader in the AIDC/IT sphere and goes the distance to ensure all of our customers get the same special family-like treatment that us employees have come to appreciate.
Lowry is also a community leader that spearheads multiple programs to give back to society. This includes canned food drives, accredited internship programs, and monthly donates to charities.

Overall I am very pleased with Lowry and proud to be an employee of this company. That being said, if I had to list a con I would say that sometimes we hire for positions that require significate amounts of specialized knowledge and experience (with some positions requiring at least 6-12 months to get up to speed). This puts a lot of pressure on new hires and as a result if they're not progressing quickly enough the positions are terminated.

I would encourage management to continue investing in their employees growth and well-being in the same they they've invested in me. When I was hired I wasn't 100% ready for the position but with great mentors and patience I've been able to continue growing my skills and now have the experience and knowledge to help our customers unique needs and offer a level of service/support that they've come to expect when they partner with Lowry Solutions.

Lowry owners Mike and Steve Lowry make sure that employees put health and family above work. They allow employees to work from home to care for self and family.
During COVID, employees were sent home immediately. They were provided any equipment necessary to do their jobs from home. They immediately spent money to provide any employee coming to the office a PPE kit, they upgraded the entry system to the building for employee convenience and made sure that ALL COVID guidelines were initiated and adhered to. Even though there was a short period when hourly employees had reduced hours and salaried had reduced pay, Lowry made sure that hourly employees were enrolled in the Job-Sharing program. It was nice to feel secure that you had a job and an income when so many others were laid off or not able to work from home.
This is just one example of the many things they do to make working at Lowry not so much of a “job”.
