Management matches 401k contributions at .1%. What more needs to be said? But they won't take less than 150 characters, so I will continue. Lowry installed a little workout gym, so that they wouldn't have to pay as much for insurance. What more needs to be said?

Little Upward Mobility, Low Wages, No Communication

The people who work at this company are wonderful. The life/family balance is also great. There is little to no micro managing, which is another bonus to working at Lowry.
If you plan on working with this company, though, be forewarned. There is a lot of turnover both with positions being eliminated, people being terminated and also people leaving after a short time of their own volition. People who have worked for this company for years will suddenly be terminated with no notice. This wasn't the case for me, but I saw it with many long time employees. The company does NOT value them - keep that in mind if that's what you're looking for.
Pay is below standard for the average employee (not sure what executives make). Several coworkers had been with the company for over 10 years with zero - NO- pay increase. This says a lot, in my opinion.
That being said, if you're looking for a temporary company to work for just for resume building or experience, I would recommend. It does have its perks.

Lowry takes advantage of its employees, over works everyone and does not fairly compensate for the work performed. Their was no room for advancement. A very depressing environment.
