Their entire model for scheduling is flawed, and that issues spills over into every aspect of the job. Bonuses are offered when there aren't enough workers, but those bonuses only go to unscheduled workers that agree to work the day of. This discourages drivers and movers from scheduling shifts in advance. The managers have no professional moving experience and communicate solely via text. Their surveillance is invasive without being constructive.

They expect you to fill your tank up with gas and use all of that gas for their deliveries while reimbursing you only 15% of what you spent!!! You can never get an answer to any questions cuz they keep pawning you off to another person !!! They never listen to your side of the story!! If your helper gets a 1 star rating, you get it too as the driver!!! Before they investigate, they assume that you were the one who stole from the client!!! Not enough work They don't reward loyalty!!! I could keep going but I will not waste my time for Lugg anymore!!
