Great place to get your foot in the door if you enjoy couture and bridalwear. All the staff members are super kind and one of the only local design studios around. High turnover of employees and constant rotation of interns. Regularly asked to work beyond your work schedule last minute. Additional role can be added to your vague job title throughout time and no compensation along with. Treatment isn't fair for all employees, there's definitely favoritism through the business and very little room to grow. Great product and designs. The dresses are very special. Locally well known brand. High turnover of employees. Only a couple full time employees. Low pay and long hours. Putting out fire after fire. No real or efficient process and no one with actual management experience to guide the business. The staff and my supervisor were so supportive and truly passionate about their work, in addition to being very friendly people. The designer is very talented. Management does not value employees. Very low pay. Several colleagues complained working there for years and never gotten a pay raise though their roles and responsibilities have changed and increased. You are expected to take over 2-3 full time roles in the company but only get paid for the one you first signed up for.
