Difficult and Demoralizing place to be

Unfortunately very little. Pay if ok. Location is ok.. That's it.
|
Constant redundancies, constant leavers. Staff churn in this place is very very high. New starters join and a month later they leave!
No direction or support from management
Zero interteam communication
Unfair and special treatment to the 'favorites' causes massive issues within teams
Nobody cares any more about the company. Long termers with years of service cant wait to get out of the place.
Staff moral is non existent and will suck the life and any ounce of joy you have out of you, no matter how much you fight it you will eventually become bitter and very unhappy..
