My time at Luminaire was one that allowed me to work in my career of choice, go to school, start a family, buy a home and grow personally and professionally. It was and still remains a place to develop leadership and communication skills which are essential for the success of an employee at Luminaire.
My hours were flexible at times of need especially with a new family, and that was very important. Essentially the important part was getting the job done, and sticking to my agreements.

I wouldn't be the designer I am today had it not been for the Luminaire Culture. I encourage young designers to seek mentor-ship in this environment first before deciding what they really want to do, because you get exposed to a lot more world renowned designers/architects here where you can ask questions to develop yourself further.

You get to be around some of the top designers and architects in the world!

The compensation is not that great, but if you work yourself up to management or sales you can make alot more in those departments.
