No real recruitment process at most departments. Most of the departments control the process and name a person for a specific position in advance, even before posting the positions. The most qualified person is often not hired, as name, age, gender and where you as a person come from are the most important factors for most work places in Sweden. No real job interviews, particularly for positions after the PhD. Toxic work culture and no real HR there - they are just to cover up illegal processes. No ethics or respect - segregation and discrimination are happening a lot. Vissa behövde färger och lekfulla anteckningar medan andra behövde en enkel och organiserad struktur. Arbetskulturen har varit väldigt varierande beroende på vilken student som jag arbetat med. Projekt Ledare: Under mina två första år på universitetet var jag projekt ledare för två väldigt olika projekt. Mitt första projekt, kallat Introduction Week planerade jag tillsammans med fem andra studenter som jag rekryterat två fullspäckade veckor med diverse event och get togethers för de nyanlända internationella studenterna vid Lunds Universitet. Detta projekt pågick i ungefär nio månader där vi tillsammans planerade och arrangerade diverse aktiviteter för att introducera Sverige, Universitetet och Helsingborgsstad. Mitt andra projekt, Agora-Dagen, är Campus Helsingborgs största arbetsmarknad för Samhällsvetare och ör en fullspäckad dag där företag såväl som studenter har möjlighet att skapa framgångsrika ovh starka relationer. Det är även en dag till att framhäva samt bygga broar till Helsingborg och näringslivet i staden. Under ungefär nio månader träffades nio personer en gång i veckan för att göra denna dag till den bästa möjliga för alla studenter vid universitetet. Båda dessa projekt har lärt mig otroligt mycket, både om mig själv som individ men även om hur komplicerat roligt det är att leda samt vara en del av en grupp och ha ett gemensamt mål att sträva efter.
