The amount of growth this company has seen in that amount of time is really just awesome- and it’s a testament to the leadership in the company. The founders care about their employees. As the company has grown, so has my skill set, my pay, and my opportunities within the company. To put it in perspective, when I first started, I worked on hourly pay. LYFE Marketing now offers full time salary positions with benefits, PTO, sick days, bereavement days, a 401K plan and profit sharing plan. This is a direct result of the company’s success as well as the founders prioritizing their employees. Even prior to 2020 I was allowed to work from home full time, and that flexibility has meant a lot for me and my family. Outside of upper management, the team culture is a mixture of hilarious work chats & helpful tips and conversations that grow you as a digital marketer. Even as we grow and continue to hire new person after new person, the office continues to feel like one big work family. Just thankful for this job and therefore popping on here to give my honest review of the company. No cons. Having been w the company from small startup to now, a successful and growing small business, I’ve of course seen and overcame challenges within the job, but that could be said of any job. I was able to visit family all around the country and work with no issues. - The world of digital marketing is constantly changing. LYFE hosts weekly ongoing development to further enhance your skills and knowledge - LYFE ownership hosts monthly meetings, which allow for open communication and transparency between ownership and staff - No 401K - There is a wide variety of clientele. The leadership is exponential and I've been amazed since day 1 at the opportunities they vigorously work to create for all of the employees. LYFE is a place where if you are willing to grow and work hard, it will be rewarded. Not much of a con but I want to encourage them to continue to make the office space more inviting and personable to work in. I enjoying coming to work and the camaraderie between employees. ^^ It is very important because you are with these people a lot. * Pay - Is competitive for the level of experience * Enjoy the open office (generally) Occasionally, I like to hunker down in the break room. Which is allowed. You are not confined to one space. *Upper Management does not hover over you. They expect you to get the job done. * Upper management is open to questions. I tend to ask a lot and realize that can get frustrating. * Upper Management definitely promotes self-learning and on-going development - which is also something definitely required in Digital Marketing. * Currently have work from home days. (Wednesday) Which is nice, especially not having to fight the interstate morning traffic. * Allow you to leave your work at work. Don't have to do things when out of the office. ( Again hard for me, because its hard to stop and Monday mornings are usually extremely busy) * You deal with a lot of clients, some that are great and easy-going some that are not. * Office space is limited for the number of employees and sometimes handling client calls can become a hassle trying to find a room where you can comfortably handle them. *Currently no 401k 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 4.0 5.0 916111 Open * I personally would enjoy continued education or workforce development outside of the office.
